Ahmed received his master’s degree in Specialized Economic Analysis with a concentration on International Trade, Finance and Development Economics from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. His graduate thesis focused on the prevention of over-indebtedness crises in saturated and competitive micro-finance markets. Prior to that, he completed his undergraduate degree from Lahore School of Economics in 2013, double-majoring in Economics & Finance with honors. His research interests lie where development and data meet.
