Jeff McManus is the Senior Technical Manager at IDinsight, an organization that helps leaders in developing countries use evidence to improve their social impact. Prior to IDinsight, Jeff worked at Evidence for Policy Design with Professor Rohini Pande on governance projects in India. Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MPA in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
