Innovative Leadership in the Age of Data (ILEAD), encourages  executive-level leaders from the public, private, and non-profit sectors to spearhead organizational change in the age of data.

Incorporating executive teaching practices from Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School, ILEAD offers an immersive and interactive learning experience featuring keynote lectures by faculty experts, short TED-style talks on emerging issues, insights from leading innovators, and structured exchange of ideas on real-world problems.

Smart Policy Design & Implementation

EPoD offers custom courses centered around the Smart Policy Design and Implementation (SPDI) framework. These courses are tailored to organizations’ unique goals and focus areas and help participants use data and research evidence in the design of  policies and programs.

Custom SPDI courses provide teams of policy and program designers, managers, and implementers with hands-on experience applying tools to  design, implement, and refine solutions that achieve real impact.
