Based in New Delhi, Thomas currently manages a research portfolio including projects related to gender, reconstruction and governance in both India and Nepal on behalf of Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD). Previously, he worked on research involving index-based insurance products and mobile phone-based extension services at the Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR) in Hyderabad, as well as projects related to health and education at Videnza Consultores in Lima, Peru. He holds an MSc in International Development from Utrecht University in The Netherlands and an MSc in International Business Management from the University of Surrey in the UK.
