Sam Stemper is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy at Harvard University. His research relates to school quality and skill development, both in the US and abroad. Prior to Harvard, Sam received his BA in economics at Brandeis University and worked as an economic consultant. His recent work has studied education finance, school management, and school segregation.
