Sam was a Research Fellow working for Professor Rohini Pande on environmental policy projects in India. He attended George Washington University for a BS in Economics and Statistics then the London School of Economics for an MS in Economics. Prior to joining EPoD, Sam worked as a Research Assistant in Northwestern University's Center for the Study of Development Economics then as a Research Assistant in LSE's Centre for Economic Performance. His research interests are in public health, educational access, and labor markets.
