Rashi currently works on the gender portfolio at EPoD India. This includes the mobile access projects which aim to identify policy solutions to the gender gap in access to mobile phone technology, as well as the female labour force participation projects based in Orissa which address policy solutions to the gender gap in DDU GKY’s youth skilling program and placement opportunities. Prior to this, she worked at the Jameel Povery Action Lab (J-PAL) on identifying demand for solar energy in Bihar, a suite of LPG-related projects with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, and with state pollution control boards in Maharashtra and Gujarat on reducing industrial air pollution. Rashi holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Macalester College.
