Kim Lan Mallon was a Research Fellow working with Professor Rema Hanna on social protection projects. Prior to joining EPoD, she worked at the OECD on research projects related to energy taxation and sustainable development. Kim Lan holds a Master of Applied Economics in Public Policy and Development from the Paris School of Economics, and a BCom in Economics from the University of Melbourne.
