Kai Shen Lim
Kai Shen Lim (Kai) is a G4 PhD Student studying Health Systems and Economics. His research interests lie at the intersection of health economics, industrial organization and health systems. He is interested in applying industrial organization models to study health care markets for the purpose of aiding health policy and health systems design, specifically in lower-middle income countries.Kai Shen Lim was awarded the Fulbright scholarship in 2019 to pursue his PhD at Harvard. He has five years of work experience on health and urbanization projects with the World Bank and the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health. He has worked on projects in China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Malaysia. Kai holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a masters' degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham.
