Former Research Fellow
Gabriel is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Policy. His interests are in public finance, labor, and development economics, with a particular focus on public goods provision, finance, and political economy questions. Gabriel Tourek was a Research Fellow who worked with Professor Hanna on her project "The Effectiveness of Anti-Corruption Policy: What Has Worked, What Hasn’t, and What We Don’t Know." Gabriel also worked on projects with Professor Khwaja. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and worked as a research associate with Innovations for Poverty Action in Ghana.
