Charlotte Tuminelli is the Assistant Director of Policy Training Strategy at Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD). Charlotte oversees EPoD’s capacity building portfolio, which offers trainings and other activities to build policy actors’ capacity to use evidence in their decision making. She leads EPoD’s training strategy, including policy outreach, strategic communications, and partnership development.
Prior to joining EPoD, she supported course delivery and research projects for faculty at Harvard Business School. She has also taught K-8 students in rural India, worked for a number of Boston-area nonprofits, and consulted on local and international education projects. Charlotte holds a Master’s in Education (Ed.M.) in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in International Studies and Foreign Languages from Stonehill College. She resides in South Boston, where she serves on the board of the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation. In her spare time she enjoys photography and long distance running.
