Person Description

Charlotte Tuminelli is the Director of Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) Training. Charlotte oversees EPoD Training's work - workshops, programs with HKS Executive Education, and other projects - all aimed at building policy actors' capacity to use evidence in their decision making. Together with the Faculty Director of Training, she leads EPoD Training's strategy, including policy outreach, strategic communications, and partnership development.

Prior to joining EPoD, Charlotte has supported research and teaching at Harvard Business School, taught K-8 students in rural India, worked for a number of Boston-area nonprofits, and consulted on local and international education projects. She holds a Master’s in Education (Ed.M.) in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in International Studies and Foreign Languages from Stonehill College. She resides in South Boston, where she serves on the board of the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation. In her spare time she enjoys photography and long distance running.
