Andres Yi Chang is an Economist and Service Delivery Indicators (SDI) Program Manager at the World Bank Human Development Chief Economist Office. He also served as Data and Survey Lead at the World Bank Research Development Group working with Jishnu Das on various education projects in Pakistan. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University and as a Consultant at the Organization of American States, the Pan American Health Organization, and Leibniz University of Hannover. Most of the projects he has been involved in are related to education, health, and social development in low and middle-income countries, particularly in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in International and Development Economics from Yale University.
