Alexa Weiss is a Senior Research Manager at EPoD, where she oversees the management of Prof. Rema Hanna’s research portfolio. Prior to joining EPoD, Alexa was a Data Research Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Student Social Support R&D Lab, where she used rigorous quantitative methods to study interventions in behavioral science and education. Her other professional experience includes leading rural development projects for Peace Corps Nicaragua and Peace Corps Response Guatemala, completing a supplementary program analysis for the USAID Honduras Economic Growth Office, and conducting agricultural research at the Ohio State University. Alexa is a graduate of the MPA program at Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and holds a BS in Environmental Science from the Ohio State University.
