Sarah Hamma is a Special Projects Coordinator for Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD), where she independently coordinates projects to create and improve organizational, project management, and training tools to help the core functions of EPoD’s systems run more efficiently. These projects include training new staff, working to create materials and systems for current staff, and organizing current systems to support the rapidly growing staff and projects of EPoD. Previously, Sarah was a Faculty and Program Assistant at EPoD, where she supported Professor Dan Levy, Professor Rema Hanna, and the research projects within the MENA portfolio. Prior to joining EPoD, Sarah worked as a Volunteer Specialist at Year Up Boston, a local workforce development non-profit that supports urban young adults in poverty. Former experience also includes being a Research Assistant for the Project on National Movement at Boston College and teaching primary school in rural Uganda. Sarah holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
