Robert Rosenbaum

Robert Rosenbaum was a Program Manager for Evidence for Policy Design, where he led the policy dialogues and pilot project development under the Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence program, manages EPoD's environment portfolio, including the India Initiative at the Sustainability Science Program at Harvard, and oversaw EPoD communications activities. He has a background in non-profit management and academic training in public policy. He is a co-founder of the Philani Family Fund, which provides emergency housing and scholarships for impoverished women in the informal settlements around Cape Town, South Africa, and served as the Regional Director for Children of South Africa (CHOSA, Inc) from 2008-2011. He helped run and coach a youth development baseball program in South Africa, with which he remains involved, and has worked for UNICEF, Liberia, on social protection policy. He holds a Master in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and a BA in history from Colby College.
