Project Associate for Innovations for Poverty Action
Matthew Pecenco is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of California, Berkeley. He was formerly a Research Fellow at Evidence for Policy Design and a Project Associate for Innovations for Poverty Action. He worked with Professors Sandip Sukhtankar, Paul Niehaus, and Karthik Muraldiharan to evaluate changes in government programs aiming to limit corruption in India. Matthew received a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz in computational mathematics and in economics.
