EPoD Offers Open Access Courses on Using Evidence

''

Interested in building skills to assess evidence in your policy work?

EPoD is excited to make two digital courses, Becoming an Effective Consumer of Descriptive Evidence and Becoming an Effective Consumer of Impact Evaluations publicly available in an online-only format. Unlike our blended-learning trainings on the same content, these versions of the courses are entirely digital. The units are targeted to policymakers, but relevant across all sectors. Each course is designed to help learners better appraise common forms of evidence, and apply them to decision-making in daily work.

To access the courses, follow the links above and click on “Enroll in (Course Name)”. Learners who are new to EPoDx.org will need to create and register a free online account.

These courses were created under the Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence (BCURE) program by teams at EPoD and the Strengthening Learning And Teaching Excellence (SLATE) initiative at Harvard Kennedy School, with funding by UK aid from the UK government.
